Anna is from Boalsburg, PA. She graduated from Penn State in 2014 with a BFA in drawing and painting with honors and a minor in Art History. She has worked with several local artists since 2008, and has experience with managing the business side of being an artist. She and her family own a store, The Crystal Cave, which features her artwork and jewelry.

"While I love painting, drawing (especially portraiture) is my true passion. My goal for each portrait is to capture the spirit of the subject, and to put as much love into the piece as the client has for the person (or animal) I'm depicting.

My English and Irish heritage influences my art on many levels. Obvious examples are pieces that include Celtic interlace, which is a subject I've studied for many years. A less obvious influence is the magic and ancientness that I love about Ireland and the UK. I believe that fascination comes out in my art, whether intentionally or unintentionally, adding a hint of fantasy in all my work.”
